Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using vibeic.ai (the "Platform"), you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Service Description

The Platform provides AI-Native IC design tools, including:

• 43 Claude Code Plugin Skills (IC design flow guidance)
• 14 MCP EDA tool wrappers (Yosys, OpenROAD, KLayout, etc.)
• GF180MCU and SKY130 PDK design flow support
• FPGA verification framework (DE10-Nano Cyclone V)
• IC knowledge base (489 ICs, 28 manufacturers)

3. Open Source License

The Platform software is licensed under the MIT License. You are free to use, modify, and distribute the software, provided you retain the original license notice.

Third-party tools (Yosys, OpenROAD, etc.) have their own license terms. Please review them before use.

4. User Responsibilities

• You bear full responsibility for IC design outputs produced using the Platform
• Designs must be reviewed by qualified IC design engineers before tapeout
• You may not use the Platform for unlawful purposes
• You may not attempt to disrupt or interfere with Platform services

5. Design Output Ownership

The intellectual property rights of RTL, GDS, Datasheets, and other design outputs produced using the Platform belong to the user. The Platform does not claim any rights over design outputs.

However, please note:

• ARM CPU cores require a separate license from ARM Ltd. (the Platform provides RISC-V open-source alternatives)
• Commercial IC datasheet content is protected by original manufacturer copyrights
• PDK usage must comply with GlobalFoundries / SkyWater terms

6. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "AS IS" without any express or implied warranties. The Platform is not liable for any losses arising from use of the service, including but not limited to: tapeout failure, design defects, or data loss.

7. Service Changes

The Platform reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate services at any time without prior notice.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). The Taipei District Court shall have jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
