Every cut lands exactly on a Phase / Stage boundary of the Vibe-IC flow, so the 13 shorts walk the whole journey: the 44 main-line steps, the two parallel tracks (Analog A1–A9, Mixed-signal M1–M4), and the conditional safety / at-speed steps — each explained in everyday language, ~2:20–3:30 per episode.

Who it is for

Total newcomers with zero IC experience. If you have never heard of RTL, a netlist, or a GDSII file — this is exactly where to start. We introduce each term the moment you need it, in plain words, and only as much as the example needs. No maths, no prior tools.

Main line

44 steps, Phase 1 → 2 → 3

Episodes 1–11 walk the digital main line: spec & docs (Phase 1), RTL to synthesis (Phase 2), then physical design all the way through tapeout and manufacturing (Phase 3). Conditional safety (FS1) and at-speed test (DT1–DT3) steps are covered where they slot in.

Parallel tracks

Analog A1–A9 · Mixed-signal M1–M4

The last two episodes cover the tracks that run alongside the main line: the Analog pipeline (spec → topology → sizing → layout → hardmacro) and the Mixed-signal integration that joins the analog and digital worlds on one chip.
